I am a full-stack developer based in England, originally from Germany's Black Forest region. I completed a A model used by Germany's cooperative state universities (DHBW). Students alternate between classroom learning and full-time work at a partner company in roughly three-month blocks. at DHBW , before moving to England in 2021 to be with my lovely wife.
Over three and a half years at Fiserv, I progressed from Software Developer to Development Team Lead. I now work at D3R, delivering web applications for retail and hospitality clients with a focus on backend architecture, reliability, and maintainable delivery pipelines.
In November 2021, shortly after completing my degree in Germany, I boarded a one-way flight from Basel to Gatwick. I traded the Black Forest for the South Coast of England to start an exciting new chapter in a new country.
