About

I am a full-stack developer based in England, originally from Germany's Black Forest region. I completed a A model used by Germany's cooperative state universities (DHBW). Students alternate between classroom learning and full-time work at a partner company in roughly three-month blocks. at DHBW , before moving to England in 2021 to be with my lovely wife.

Over three and a half years at Fiserv, I progressed from Software Developer to Development Team Lead. I now work at D3R, delivering web applications for retail and hospitality clients with a focus on backend architecture, reliability, and maintainable delivery pipelines.

  • Led a team of five engineers through multi-release delivery cycles.
  • Directed a full cloud migration from GCP to AWS for production workloads.
  • Built across API, infrastructure, and frontend layers in regulated fintech environments.

AI-Assisted Development

Using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Codex daily to speed up implementation, code review, and prototyping workflows.

Local LLMs & Image Gen

Running large language models locally, experimenting with A way of representing text, images, or other data as numerical vectors so that AI models can understand relationships and meaning between them. and exploring image generation pipelines with local tooling.
